EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso County commissioners are set to decide on a proposal to establish the county's first unified fire code and implement new safety standards for outdoor businesses.
Outdoor businesses in El Paso County will now be required to follow new regulations. The El Paso County Commissioners Court adopted an Outdoor Business Order and a County Fire Code Monday, Oct. 20.
