Owlready2はすべてのRDFトリプルを蓄積するWorldオブジェクト(インスタンス)を持つ。owlready2は永続的記憶としてRDBのsqlite3を利用しており、このRDBの単位でWorldのインスタンスがある。Pythonでowlready2をインポートすれば、default_worldというデフォルトのWorldを扱える。
