PyScripter 2.6 doesn't work with Python 2.7.11 (although it does with Python 2.7.10)

With Python 2.7.10 installed, I can successfully bring up 32-bit PyScripter 2.6. However, if I uninstall Python 2.7.10 and instead install Python 2.7.11, PyScripter 2.6 stops working.
