Here in Palm Beach County, we are approaching the start of sea turtle nesting, which runs March 1 through Oct. 31, and we couldn’t be more excited for the 2018 season! You might be wondering how you can help keep the beach safe for nesting sea turtles and hatchlings like these two. A couple easy do's and don'ts for nesting season are to keep your distance, let hatchlings emerge, turn off lights at night on the beach, don't leave any obstacles on the beach and fill in your holes.
