We've been enjoying celery for the last few months by harvesting the outer stalks as needed. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But, as temperatures warm up, celery becomes bitter and stringy. It's best to harvest celery before that happens. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I'll store some of the celery in the fridge (it lasts for a few weeks), make celery powder, freeze some and also experiment with freeze dried celery. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I'm always sad to see the celery go!
