On this video the school bus just got done dropping off a student and pulled up a little past the driveway and put their hazards on and stopped. My question is was it legal when the first vehicle went around the school bus when NO STOP ARM was down only hazards were on? A little later in the video you will see the awesome school bus driver wave the rest of us thru. Google says it's generally permitted. Just curious 😁 | Peru Scanner
