Today’s workout was slow negative muscle up work with 5 single bar dips inbetween and band work (shall share the video) basically I was already dead, But Tuesday I do some core play post workout , so went for basic and easy hanging drills only, whatever I cud manage in 3 sets, These drills focus more on hip flexors, core and upperbody… First drill-10 reps*3 Second drill is with 10 kg plate 25-30 secs hold each set Leg raises 10 reps*3 Single arm L sit hold I did 10 secs on each side for each set
