The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center honored the FDNY K-9 Unit for their service to the city at the annual Top Dog Gala. The K-9 unit investigates serious fires across the city for the Bureau of Fire Investigation. They’re trained in accelerant detection and several participate in search and rescue operations.
