Barbell Heritage on Instagram: "László Mészáros 320.5kg bench press World Record. László Mészáros is a Hungarian bench presser and World Champion. He competed during the late 90s and early 2000s in the -100 and -125kg weight categories. He’s a four time IPF Bench press World Champion between 1999 and 2004. This bench, which is also his best, was set at the 2005 European championships in his homeland of Hungary. Along with securing his win this also set a new World Record in the -125kg category.
