RETURN TO SPORT TESTING: The single leg hop test is just one way to determine someone's readiness to return to sport. A difference of no more than 10% between legs is recommended, and consistent performance scores across a number of hop tests (triple hop, cross-over hop and 6m timed hop) will give the clinician and athlete greater confidence that they'll make a successful return to sport without re-injury.
