KEY WEST, FLORIDA: Police arrested 40-year-old Chad McArdle in Key West early Friday morning and charged him with battery, a misdemeanor. According to the report, a taxi driver at about 1:00 a.m. reported that he found an unshod man banging on his door and begging him to call 911 for help.
