5 Ways to Do a Hamstring Curl

This can be a great hamstring curl variation if you only have access to dumbbells. This movement is a little riskier than most other hamstring curl variations so be cautious. The goal is to get a nice stretch when you extend your legs and to curl your legs to about 90 degrees. Increasing weight on this movement can be difficult, try increasing the eccentric (lowering phase) or isometric (the hold) at the lengthened position to increase difficulty.
