Hand expressing! Remember to label your expressed milk with your name, date and time that it was expressed 👌🏼 If you are soley expressing, it is important to do so 8-12 times in a 24hr period, including overnight! Approximately 3-4 hourly. Storage: 6 hours at room temp, 3-6 days at the top of the fridge depending on temperature, 6 months in the freezer. As your flow increases you may find it better to pump or collect in a sterile cup/bottle instead of syringes. #handexpression #handexpressing
