In 2021, rising star pianist Bruce Liu was the first prize winner of the 18th International Chopin Competition—here’s an excerpt from his winning performance. An early landmark in his illustrious career was made right here in Oberlin, when he won 2nd place in the 2012 Cooper International Piano Competition at the age of 15.
