In June, giraffe were on the move in Namibia. Together with the Namibian Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism, GCF recently moved 30 giraffe to two communal conservancies and one national park to boost existing giraffe populations, increase genetic diversity and promote social and economic development of rural Namibians.
